Deer Costume - Halloween 2014

This was my Halloween costume from last year and i'm mad that I never got any good photos of it! I had a blast wearing it out and about the entire day and even wore it to the office much to the delight of my coworkers. It was truly a last minute costume since I whipped it all together in a matter of 3-ish days. While the make up could certainly use some work it isn't too bad for a total novice. 

I feel bad that I haven't posted here in awhile. This semester has been pretty taxing and we are mostly focusing on industry oriented production work in my studio class this semester, so not a lot of creative design on my part. I figured I may as well show off something at least!

Materials:

- Thrifted vest
- White button up shirt (store bought)
- Brown fleece (pants, ears)
- White fleece (pant details, ears, antlers)
- Tweed wool fabric (bow tie)
- Elastic for pants and bow tie)
